Women in STEM

Women in Science, Technology,
Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Fields

STEM fields are the product of the Enlightenment age in the Eighteenth Century. From the beginning, the participation of women in these fields is comparatively low. Researchers show that with training, we can reshape this gender imbalance. Now the percentage of women working in STEM fields is increasing. A UNESCO study shows 20 to 46 percent of women’s participation in the field of Scientific Research in the world. In the Persian Gulf states, the United Arab Emirates and other Gulf states offer opportunities in STEM fields to women of the region. In this region, women make successful careers for themselves in various high-tech and other scientific fields. It’s a land of opportunities for women in STEM fields, which made indestructible women like Dr. Manahel Thabet.

Dr. Manahel Thabet in STEM Field

Dr. Manahel Thabet, the youngest – and only – Arab with a Ph.D. in Financial Engineering, Professor of Mathematics, writes research papers on Quantum Mathematics. Dr. Manahel Thabet’s works revolutionize our understanding of Mathematics and Physics. As a leading intellect on numerous scientific topics, Dr. Manahel Thabet has published articles and research papers on Financial Engineering, Quantum Mathematics, Quantum Physics, and Theories of the Quantum Brain. Her works and expert opinions have been featured in several leading publications nationally and internationally.

In the field of Financial Engineering, Dr. Manahel Thabet’s thesis is involved in the Financial Engineering Society Research. The thesis has made contributions to finance research studies, including the theory of interest rate behavior and empirical testing of arbitrage pricing theory in the financial markets. Dr. Manahel Thabet’s thesis in Quantum Mathematics is to develop new mathematical equations to calculate distances of the universe in the absence of light particles and microelements. In case of success, it will be a revolution expansion of the science of mathematics together with physics. Many organizations had shown interest in acquiring results of the theory.

In 2007, Dr. Manahel Thabet won the “Medal of Fame in Science Award” and in 2012 became the Chairwoman of the Scientific and Recommendation Committee of Asia Pacific Giftedness Conference, the largest in the world Conference to educated about the importance of Gifted People. Dr. Manahel Thabet invented a new formula in Quantum Mathematics. Dr. Manahel Thabet’s selected works and publications in the STEM field are;

These works prove the irreplaceable talent of Dr. Manahel Thabet in the STEM field. Currently, Dr. Manahel Thabet’s research papers are adopted by several Universities for R&D purposes.
