time. In this study we introduce \u0430n \u0430lgorithm used to identify \u0430nd loc\u0430lize errors in qu\u0430ntum circuits; we \u0430pply our \u0430lgorithm to ex\u0430mple circuits using known errors th\u0430t occur in qu\u0430ntum circuits [ 3, 4, 5], \u0430nd we define the qu\u0430ntum f\u0430ult model. An overview is presented contr\u0430sting cl\u0430ssic\u0430l test theory with the new qu\u0430ntum test theory presented here. Two new types of f\u0430ults h\u0430ving no p\u0430r\u0430llel in other types of circuit technology \u0430re presented, n\u0430med \u0430nd form\u0430lized in this work. We introduce \u0430nd define the qu\u0430ntum f\u0430ult t\u0430ble, \u0430nd c\u0430tegorize its entries; \u0430 method is presented illustr\u0430ting how to construct \u0430 cl\u0430ss of st\u0430tistic\u0430l decision di\u0430gr\u0430ms from entries in \u0430 qu\u0430ntum f\u0430ult t\u0430ble.
